MAID OF HONOUR JUMPS ON THE BED AT KING EDWARD HOTEL WEDDING

During the bride preparation at King Edward Hotel I had the opportunity to capture a few candid moments that defined the special day.

Besides the posed photographs that a professional photographer has to take on the special day, I love capturing the moments between the shots. By paying close attention to the flow of the day, the artist can take a few memorable photos that the bride and groom will cherish forever.

Before entering the bridal suite I always have my cameras ready just in case I managed to capture that amazing shot. Often it is the girls having fun, were a kid doing something silly. In this case, The bride was having her makeup done and when we came in, the maid of honour was jumping on the bed and playing with the veil. It was such a beautiful and unscripted moment that I felt
proud and honoured I could photograph it.

In this picture we can see the bride interacting with the makeup artist while behind her, the maid of honour is jumping on the bed having the time of her life. The genuine emotions captured in this image and the action make it stand out. Yes I know, we can also take the pretty photos of the bride putting her shoes on, but for her, heading such a perfect moment immortalized is priceless.
