This amazing wedding reception at Château Le Parc was so energizing that everybody was on the dance floor the whole evening. This picture captures the groom surrounded by the groomsmen and the rest of the bridal party enjoying the reception.
This documentary image is completely unprompted and it looks natural and unique. The groom is laughing while dancing. In front of him one of the groomsman is showing off his moves. On the right side of the frame another groomsman is whistling loud. It is all a beer and looking at the main subject in this picture, the groomsman dancing. Behind them we can see the maid of honour was also dancing next to the bride. As a side note, I have yet to see a couple with dances so well but this bride and groom.
The atmosphere in this photograph is completed by the beautiful light. In the background a mix of blue and indigo club lights, enhanced with some fog is creating a beautiful scene. In the foreground, the main light was generated by my on camera flash. To light this scene I used a Canon 600 EX-RT mounted on a 5D Mark three camera. To capture this photograph is my beloved 35mm lens.
