The decorations at this Château Le Parc celebration were outstanding and this is one of the several hundreds of pictures I took during the cocktail hour to capture the beauty of the event space and the décor. Here, we see two round tables adorned with splendid centerpieces showcasing crystals, flowers, feathers and other elements that make this arrangement and photograph stand out.
Besides, the pin lights illuminating the two tables make them pop against the darker décor (a velvet curtain).
The turquoise uplighting gives this frame a fairy tale feel that matches perfectly the atmosphere of this wedding day. The bride and groom personally came during the cocktail hour to refine the colour tones and we went through several iterations before everything matched the beautiful bride's vision of her big day.
As wedding photographer, I know that brides dream about the day when they get married since they are little girls. As such no effort is spared when it comes to making sure everything is perfect. The type of flowers, there colour, arrangement in other elements of decor match the bride's vision.
Also, for us, the professional photographers, it is very important that we document each element of decor properly because the couple spends a lot of time searching them not to mention money.
This is one of the rare cases when the wedding day actually matched the bride's vision, and that made her very happy.
